At Belgafig, all invoices and payments are made exclusively in euros (EUR). If an error in calculating the total amount payable occurs due to a computer problem, the amount due will correspond to the sum of the individual prices of each item, as displayed at the time of your order on the pages of each product. This price includes shipping costs and takes into account any promotions, if applicable. This calculation is deemed to be known and accepted by you, the customer. As a reminder, all our orders are invoiced and must be paid in Euros.

Shipments to Belgafig are made via the carrier of your choice. You can consult the list of carriers available depending on your country of delivery on our site. The delivery times that we indicate are those generally observed and provided by the carrier. Belgafig cannot offer compensation in the event of late delivery. To guarantee optimal delivery, please provide us with a complete and precise address where your order can be delivered during business hours.

On the day your order is shipped, Belgafig will send you an email containing the tracking number and the link to the carrier's website. This will allow you to track your package in real time and take advantage of the different delivery services offered by the carrier.
